These classes teach you kickboxing karate and muay thai and then combines them to create a powerful striking system that is constantly been developed by Sensei Daniel Maaka.
After an hour of kickboxing then there is half an hour of Self Defense training where real world scenarios are played out in the class for students to deal with and techniques are taught on how to deal with situations such as road rage, sexual harassment, and group attack etc.
Jiu Jitsu is the art of control and will give you the ability to control and subdue your attacker.
You will learn how to control and subdue an attacker or an assailant without having to strike them which is a much more humane way of dealing with an attacker. For this reason Sensei Daniel has been studying Self Defense Jiu Jitsu for the past 9 years and has obtained a blue belt in Jiu Jitsu.
He now focuses on teaching and harnessing this fantastic art form by combining Brazillian and Japanese Jiu Jitsu as well Fundamentals from the Self Defense class to give you the feel of the true of power of this self defense system.
