Our fitness classes are meant for just about anyone. We have progressive exercises and alternate variations that people learn to do that enable them to work at there current abilities and push further to increase the endurance and stamina. We call these Martial Fit.

One style is not enough, we teach what works what wins whats most effective regardless of style or form.

In general we teach Kickboxing & Jiu Jitsu, but what that really means fighting standing and then knowing how to fight on the ground.

Both our Kickboxing and Jiu Jitsu classes contain a multitude of different styles as we believe in finding and useing what ever works not limiting our selves to set moves and forms.

We not only train physically but mentally and emotionally. Inside each of our classes we talk about mindset.

In the Fitness classes we talk about what motivates to keep going and never give.

In the Martial Arts Classes we talk about what motivates us to keep safe look after each and becoming a better person.

Here at Martial we have spent years developing our skills and knowledge base studying self defence techniques and putting them to the test to see what works and what doesn’t.
