MONDAY’S

We combine these two machine groups because they are closely related. For example, if you do a plank you have shoulders and core activation.

GROUP FITNESS FOR ALL AGES ALL LEVELS,

45 min workout class with varying progressions for all varying fitness & abilities.

Our Martial Fitness classes use a combination of martial arts movements and combines with functional training using either equipment or body weight depending on the focus that week.

LEG DAY

WEDNESDAY’S

Such a big muscle group, you have your butt, your front quadriceps, hamstrings and calve muscles. This is why Legs gets its own day!

Every specific fitness class follows on to the next. So in essence, if you do Leg Day one week, it will be slightly different the following week to compliment your previous workout.

We demonstrate varying progressions for clients to allow them to do the class at their own level. We believe fitness training is a skill and takes time to develop and should be made available to everyone.

CHEST & TRICEPS

FRIDAY’S

In general this is called our push day. Your Chest and Triceps are used simultaneously to push you up or push someone away. We work these muscles together and also independently to make them a stronger combination.

BACK & BICEPS

SUNDAY’S

This is our pull day. The way we approach this is with the idea that should you need to hold onto something, you will need strong holding or pulling power to stop you falling or to save someone’s life.
